Dopo 7 anni di nascosto lavoro dietro le quinte, finalmente per la prima volta ci siamo goduti Romics da spettatori. è stato un piacere poter girovagare tra gli stand senza fretta, prendendoci tutto il tempo che desideravamo sia per salutare i vecchi amici, sia per sbirciare tra le ultime novità in fatto di manga, fumetti e gadget vari. Ma soprattutto siamo riusciti a seguire tutta la gara del cosplay contest senza l'angoscia di far filare tutto dritto! Dobbiamo dire che la fiera ci è parsa più animata del solito e che lo spirito di competizione era più alto che mai; molti erano i cosplayers accalcati all'ingresso e tanti quelli che cercavano il banco delle iscrizioni!!! E finalmente, dopo una giornata di full immersion tra tutti quei personaggi di carta, il momento tanto atteso: la gara! I partecipanti che erano riusciti a vedere il loro nome all'interno delle liste dei classificati si sono avviati all'esterno per poter salire sul nuovo palco e fare la propria performance. Fortunatamente tutto si è svolto senza intoppi, ma è soprattuto grazie all'abilità di Luca, che ha saputo cadenzare i tempi in maniera ottima, che la gara si è dimostrata un successo. La sorpresa più grande, comunque, sono stati i ringraziamenti che Luca Raffaelli e Sabrina Perucca ci hanno fatto per i nostri anni di collaborazione con I Castelli Animati nell'organizzare Romics. Una "nota" di colore e allegria è stata data da Mirko e i Raggi Fotonici, che con il loro vario repertorio hanno animato la gara durante il tempo in cui la giuria si è ritirata per deliberare.
Rigraziamo Luca Raffaelli, Sabrina Perrucca e tutta l'organizzazione di Romics e Castelli Animati, tutta la giuria del Cosplay Contest 2008 in particolare Nadia e Martina, Mirko e Laura dei Raggi Fotonici, tutti i coplayers che in questi anni ci hanno sostenuto e a quanti, con i loro consigli e le loro critiche ci hanno aiutato a rafforzarci e a crescere nel mondo del cosplay.

After 7 years of hidden work behind the scenes, at least, for our first time, we enjoied Romics as spectators. It was a pleasure to walk along the stands without hurry, taking all time we needed to watch at new mangas, cartoons and merchandising, and to say hallo to old friends. But moreover we could watch the entire cosplay contest being not warry about how it would work! We have to say that the fair seemed to us more animated than usual, and that competition among cosplayers was at its tops; a lot were the cosplayers who crowded the entrance and searched for the inscription desk!!! And, at least, after a full immersion day among drawn characters the very expected happening: the contest! Competitors who were able to see their names in the lists of admitted to the contest went to the new external stage to perform their play. Fortunately everything is gone right and the contest was a success, most of all because of Luca's ability in cohordinating times and people. the biggest surprise were, anyway, the thanks given to us by Sabrina Perucca e Luca Raffaelli for our several years of cohoperation with I castelli Animati in organizing Romics. A note of colour and happyness was given by Mirko and I Raggi Fotonici, who, with their miscellaneous repertoire animated the contest while jury decided the winners.
Our thanks to Luca Raffaelli, Sabrina Perucca and all the staff of Romics and I castelli Animati, all the jury of the Romics COsplaycontest 2008, expecially to Martina e Nadia, to Mirko and Lura from Iraggi Fotonici, and obviously to each cosplayer who substained us during this years and to everyone who helped us in becoming more strong and skilled in cosplay world by his advices and critical.
