Altro che gioielli o denaro a tutti i MK Lupin ha rubato il cuore. Lupin sarà sempre ricordato per la grande emozione che abbiamo provato quando durante Romics 2000 abbiamo incontrato il grande Monkey Punch, il suo autore. Una persona gentilissima che ha trascorso assieme a noi i giorni della Fiera e che abbiamo scortato durante i suoi appuntamenti con i costumi di Lupin. All’inizio era previsto che solo Lupin e Fujiko lo accompagnassero ma ci richiese proprio lui se avevamo realizzato gli altri personaggi e così anche Goemon e Jigen hanno preso parte alla scorta con grande ammirazione e divertimento del Maestro, che però ci riprese sulla marca delle sigarette fumate da Jigen e estratto un pacchetto dalla tasca ci regalò una delle sue assicurandoci che erano quelle giuste, sigaretta che tutt’oggi è conservata gelosamente dai MK.

Anything but jewels or money, Lupin robbed to all MK the heart. We’ll always remember this character due to the great emotion we felt during Romics 2000 when we meet the famous Monkey Punch (Lupin’s author). A very kind person, who spent with us the days of Romics and that we escorted, wearing our costumes,during his appointments. Initially we planned that only Lupin and Fujiko had to be his “body guards” but Monkey himself asked us to be accompanied also by Goemon and Jigen, he was very amused by our characters. The unique correction he did was about Jigen’s cigarettes brand, so took out of his pocket a cigarette packet and gave us one, saying that was the right brand, that cigarette is still kept with a lot of care in our headquarter.
